would appear there's definitely a power play/struggle being played out here, whereby Kalahari are wanting to take more control over Extract and it's direction and/or decision making, ie getting rid of an independent Director.
The merger fall out seems to have left a sour taste in their mouths. You can be assured of one thing though, RIO won't be keen on supporting this given their continued interest and holding!!
