Perhaps installation costs? and yeah supply and install of the battery storage units. I can only imagine how expensive it would be to connect all these sources of electricity up, especially if the roof top PV cells are already there (ew brownfields).
On another note, I thought we'd see some price resistance at least above 4 cents
