Lynas is embarking on an expansion in Western Australia and we’re looking for a driven Process Manager for our Kalgoorlie Rare Earths Processing Facility, due for feed on in late 2022.
As a highly valued member of the Lynas Kalgoorlie team, you will:
Recruit and build the production team,
Adapt, develop and implement the systems, procedures and processes to set the foundations for safe and sustainable production,
Manage the wet and feed commissioning of the plant,
Lead the transition to sustained production and be the inaugural Process Manager for the site.
