We could see the US approval as early as this month, considering the actual funds from the new DoD budgets are to be allocated shortly. These plants will not be fully funded by US government and Lynas will have to outlay cash. Amanda also made it clear we will not depend on government funding. If economics allow, I'd prefer to see a separation plant set up in Kal than pursue any major expansion in Mal at this stage, although eventually a few diverse locations would be nice. In any case something definite has to happen soon, our customers are clamoring for more product and they want it yesterday.
