I think if you go back and look I believe Japan's rights are all Lamp specific. Since JARE provided no direct financing for Texas Hard to believe they would have any claims. I am not willing to go back through all the revisions to be sure. I also know for a fact that Japan's claims are first right of refusal. So IF Lynas wants to sell to someone else Japan can have the product, but they have to match the price. So, no impact to Lynas from a $ perspective.
