Putting a separation plant in the middle of the desert is very straightforward. It's not rocket science.
Lynas has already done this once with the highest yields in the industry. I am sure they can improve on that performance based upon experience.
They are have 2 more plants in the early planning stages.
Judging by China's large hammer approach, Lynas is way ahead of them in yields and I would venture environmental impact as well.
LYC is almost certainly the world leader in the technology of extracting and refining REO's.
