The lamp was designed and built entirely with contractors. And it had nearly two years of delays. JMO because NC thought it was not rocket science. i do not know it there will be problems. Experience tells me that anything that lots of people think is simple is exactly what will go wrong. things that people think will be hard. have lots of planning and discussion and usually go well.

Let me say this again i am not saying it will go bad. I am saying it is a concern for me one that could shut down lmp in 2023. I think it is biggest threat to Lynas SP.. i am not selling because of it. It will be something that i watch very carefully. Unfortunately not much solid info available and that is a concern in it self. Again JMO but pretty pictures with no real data is a major concern for me. We were not even told what grader's and compactors were working on. The site or roads and parking.

You are welcome to your opinion 'that it is easy'. You should concentrate on what you see as other potential problem areas that you think are important, not this.
