Norseman Gold is on track after Matsa Resources announced a capital raising to ensure gold production starts in the first quarter of next year.
Under a deal with Focus Minerals, Matsa will treat ore from its Norseman Gold asset at gold producer Focus Three Mile Hill processing plant near Coolgardie.
The agreement involves treating ore produced from Matsa's North Scotia deposit in scheduled milling campaigns at the 1.2 million tonne per annum Three Mile Hill starting from next February.
The deals will allow Matsa to access near-term cashflows with less capital expenditure.
