2. starting next february.

I do not believe there was any statement to the effect that this sum would ensure production. I believe it says to "advance development plans." that is not the same thing.

Also, I didn't see anywhere that they are starting next February.

I am always happy to stand corrected. please let me know if I am wrong on either of these 2 points.

I am, however, very happy that MAT seems about to do a deal with Focus, who just raised over $11M. Hats off to Poli on that one. [btw, his brother doesn't own any MAT stock I believe]
