    this doesn't mean that a February start CAN'T happen.

    It just means that there was no announcement to this effect YET.

    And, in fact, there couldn't be, for 2 reasons.

    1. I don't believe the mining dept has given final approval
    2. and there is no final deal with Focus yet.
