Of course the funds will be used to advance the development programs. but they will not be enough to get into production.

We shall wait and see. If they do not try to raise any more money- I will humbly ask your forgiveness for my error. Time will tell if I am right[=they need another good size chunk to get into production]. or if you are right[=they have all the money they need].

You are right about the Feb 2010 announcement-- BUT this announcement was not made by Matsa. It was made by the newspaper. Call the office. Matsa will hem and haw and fudge about a committment to begin by february. This does NOT mean that they won't- I hope they do, and will be thrilled. I just do not believe that they have all their ducks in a row right now that allows them to make that statement.
