I do already have some investment properties there and doing well, all have had good capital gains and positively geared. Bought and built 4 years ago, got lucky. Will be reducing my exposure soon as I believe you are correct though. I have just been waiting for a more positive sentiment to return to property market. Very happy with Kal though, enjoyed living there.
