As I understand, the Malaysian government created laws such that by July 2023, only cracked and leached concentrate (with the radioactive Thorium removed) can be imported into their country. (I think this happened about 4 years ago). This means that the Kalgoorlie plant will need to be fully functioning by then, less than 6 months away. Amanda has assured us that all matters related to the Kalgoorlie plant are on time and on track to meet this hard deadline. (I have read that they are lobbying to change this though). I do remember reading this time last year that the Kalgoorlie plant is supposed to begin producing some product 'early 2023'. Would that be part of the commissioning process? With what you're saying though, this may sound a bit optimistic.
