Hanrahan, my qusetion is answered when you read page 42 of Jatoil's AGM doc. Looks like same lot who floated Jatoil. Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole now. While on the subject of coal mining I would suggest potential investors in ANY coal mine in Indonesia aquaint themselves with the Proposed New Mining & Forestry Laws, which incedently are still being considered, before making an investment. I seem to recall hoobadriver saying Blackrock already had an operating coal mine, however their report states the Katingan is scheduled for 2-3 years and Atan Baru, production 0.6 million ton, is 6-9 months.????????? I would seriously look at the logistics of Katingan and the cost of transport from mine to ship. If the FOB price exceeds US$35/mt forget it.
