I think another thing the ORC tech lacks is safety , it's a toxic combustible liquid inside the plants which means there are heaps of building restrictions ( can't build near schools , airports , hospitals ) but if you watch the video on the kalina power website , they have a plant in Germany that is near all of these things and passes the strict German safety standards with flying colours
