I think it's probably priced in by people who know anything about KPO which is really not many. Re-rate won't occur from existing investors, even the little price pumps have been on very little volume in the broad context. New investors who learn about and trust the story will be the reason for a re-rate. FNTP will allow them to market the company to a crowd with a different risk profile, project completion will allow them to market to a different profile of investor again.
I think it's probably priced in by people who know anything...
