If I was Russia I would get China to ship the goods to Kaliningrad.
If its a Russia ship 'NATO forces' could try and seize it. If its a Chinese ship and forces intervene, well all bets are off, its on. I thinks its on anyway now that USA has shown its hand but the timetable gets ramped up big time.
When looking in history about events leading to WW1 and WW2 its hard to believe things where rising in terms of the historical commentary and observations and reviews and analysis.
