because few years ago, a company came and offered them $100m to have a JV to develop their IO, Copper etc, but many share holders including some posters here were all about negativity and blah blah and rejected the offer, HAV tanked below 10c over time instead of going where it's supposed to be, now the $ is under the ground but needs capital to bring it up. where is the capital??? who knows!
