Do you think the fact the managing director sold her shares around the time Nova did not take up the deal, has something to do with it? You all complain about the previous management and have conspiracy theories as to what they were up to, but seriously her actions are absolutely unexcusable and explicitly wrong. The previous board got deals on the table and trials up and running. One director, Michael Monsour, is the biggest shareholder of the companty, investing millions of his own money and you have a conspiracy that he'd engage in anything that wouldnt bring max value to the company when he has invested millions, even at times when the company was struggling for finances? I think if anyone should be put back on the board it is him, as he has shown absolute commitment to the company, by definition (based on the amount of money he has invested). Give away with the paranoid and get to the logic.
