Please show your source of information. I have searched and can find nothing. From your post there seems to have been a party but no announcement from company. Usually when an important member of staff leaves there is an announcement XXX has decided to retire, he has said he will stay on for X months to help with transition.
IF Lynas told you and a few other stock holders and not all they are in violation of many US and AU insider laws. Unless I see something from you or company I will file a complaint to US SEC, Mellon bank, and AU SEC.
Even if it was a sudden medical issue there still needs to be fair info released.
