I haven't watched CNN since 9/11 , so I couldn't comment on their current credibility.
I'll just say this about credibility; that it is, and should always be, regarded as fluid.
Any journalists, or News Agency, can make a mistake.
No one should never believe a news source will always be trustworthy. After all, most of them are just businesses, and like any other business, management changes over time, and standards fluctuate accordingly.
Only the credible ones will own their mistakes and correct them. The ones with no credibility continue to make the same mistakes.
But, some news sources (like Project Veritas) are not interested in impartial news reporting, because they are in fact, a political agency, pushing an agenda.
