If you read the article instead of just watching Timcast on YouTube you would understand she is saying if Trump claims he has a vaccine in the next 2 months (before election) she would not take his word alone for it. That's smart, self preservation. He will probably come out next and say mix a teaspoon of baking soda with unicorn tears and that's the vaccine.
