So in the aftermath of the debate, Harris (the prosecutor, who argues and wins for a living) gets the win. Trump is getting hit for being unprepared and making up 'facts' as he went along (ie the salesman)

Harris got the sugar hit from Biden dropping out it tightened up pre debate its likely going to widen again
trump doesnt want another debate. he knows this one went 'badly' and whats the point going round 2 if hes gonna fluff it (again)
he does not know how to debate her, he still has not found effective attack on her. and time is short. Best thing harris could do now is just shut up and let the media pile on trump do its thing
