'Changes will likely mean less PAID human work hours per week ...... not humans becoming redundant .'

IMO - it will eventually make human paid labour as good as redundant --

    when, not if.

I suggest that by 2124 - no human will work if they don't wish to and almost no human will be capable of working for what we now call money.

Just think about it - if we got a robot, which could do anything a human can do --------- and it works for cents per hour and is 100% or close enough to mistake free and is available 24/7

what human could possibly compete economically?

    it is impossible.

The question is - will we get some kind of robot that advanced?

IMO - within 100 years -------- my bet is 'certain'

within 50 years- I'll go 'almost certain'

next decade? who knows ---------- it will NOT take much. A leap to quantum computing would probably do it

there are a few other things that would probably do it.

I am 100% sure that it's when - not if
