    In her prepepared Ukraine speaches Harris' voice waivers .... she almost crys when talking of Putin's crimes. Harris can communicate the "hurt" to base voters.

    Foreign policy doesn't make or break US elections but Putinism could be a straw that breaks MAGA's back.
