@kellbys; without massive immigration from poor central and south American countries the USA will not have compliant and the dirt cheap labour supply which makes it businesses so $Profitable.
If the USA's version of the Berlin Wall is completed and effectively policed wealthy American playboys will have to rely on ocean going boats, drones and private jets to deliver their illegal drugs.
IMO that's why it'll never be completed and even if it is, immigration into the USA still won't stop.
