I got the distinct feeling by the end of his term he was experincing early stage dementure that developed fully later .
Yet he was considered a very good president ....he listened to advice and took it ....he had a good cabinet .....he didn't make outrageous decisions off his bat ...(although he did take too much notice of crazy Nancy).
A great cabinet and great advisers every bit as important as a great POTUS .....US too big to be run by one person .....consensus govt is good govt in my view and many heads better tba one .......just IMO .
