With Trump's "You're fired!" dictatorial approach few people are likely to speak up - the risks of poor decisions very high indeed.

With Kamala Harris as yet we've relatively few insights other than being much more of a team player than Trump [that's not saying much though], smiling instead of scowling, talking instead of yelling and trying not to wreck the place instead of being disruptive by nature.
