Rather than having said Todds were "happy" with the sp, I should have said Todds would be disinterested in the sp. why should they care about the sp?
Todds do care about the direction of the company though, it's strategy and the assets it is seeking. They sourced new directors two years ago, who then changed the CEO this year. They care about the management, but the sp?
