I just find it dissapointing that shareholders can be kept in the dark in this way. Maybe I am being harsh, but I would still like to know exactly what we are getting for giving up the Lion's share to a JV partner. The management may not, as you say, legally have to disclose where the expenditure went, but I think they have a moral duty (I know, dont laugh at me) to do so. If only to demonstrate to shareholders that they are looking out for our interests.
