I don't think that is the situation with NST. They have spent their minimum. I think that the reason they have eased back at ACRA is that they have taken over a couple of large projects, one in Alaska and one in WA. No doubt these new project, much more advanced than ACRA, have taken most of the available expertise and cash. ACRA is on the back burner. Its day will come. What work NST have done there is more towards understanding the geology and is not price sensitive or worth reporting.
