If you read the Novo releases, it is apparent that there has not yet been final "Native" heritage clearance on any of the exploration leases at Egina, neither those that were original PIO leases or the Novo leases. The latest work by Novo has all been on granted mining leases. Most posters here do not seem to have had any experience in dealing with "native" title issues. You are dealing with very difficult people and very difficult legislation. The process is expensive and time consuming. I have no doubt that all parties to the venture at Egina/Kangan are doing everything they can to expedite the process. Why would they delay? They have nothing to gain from delay.
