    I think the NOVO/Sumo partnership will want to extract maximum benefit for themselves. Letting ESS "wilt on the vine" may well give them a better outcome.


    NOVO have had nearly 2 years which is certainly enough time to have completed the various "permit" process's and received an answer. Its disingenuous of others to blame the "system" without having the details of the dates NOVO made the applications.
