I love kangaroo steaks and roasts. I also love those kangabangers. So much more flavour and it's alot cheaper then beef. Just pure meat, so lean. Also much better for the environment they are everywhere in plague proportions since they are made for the Oz climate, and only breed when the conditions are right. So what do we do, make the conditions right by building dams everywhere and opening up large areas of land to graze. Perfect conditions with unlimited water and food. Lets get rid of beef and replace it with roos meat.
Oh and whilst on eating the Oz emblems emu is good to, just like chicken.
