Our last Quarterly report (20/4/23) said the FIRB application had been lodged. The Treasurer has 30 days to make a decision with a further 10 days to notify the applicant ( unless more time is needed and the Treasurer may extend this by a further 90 days in writing). If an extension happened I'd think that would be something the market would need to know.
Being generous and assuming the application was lodged on the 20th of April we are now at day 42.....
