The only guesswork is what will the copper price do in terms of USD/T and what will the AUD/USD exchange rate do??? For that I will trust the analysis BHP have done prior to the takeover of OZL at outragous valuations based on todays copper price and FX rate. RIO is also investing heavily in copper. I don't believe I am any smarter than those management teams hence I won't be making contradictory investment choices. (only Much, Much smaller investments)
A 50% payout ratio is a reasonable assumption IMO considering HGO have no debt.
There is little doubt IMO apart from the above that HGO will have an EPS of 4c in FY25
