He hasn't been removed yet, they're taking steps to remove him...and by the sounds of it, it's definitely not going to be amicable.

Although it's good to see that they are taking the court case threat seriously and taking steps in an attempt to protect the company, they're not out of the woods yet. This kind of move would cause a lot of disruption...and Simon if the spiteful kind, he could still cause a world of trouble.
