Kaolin or HPA, page-3

Kaolin is one of the feedstocks used to produce HPA. Another is aluminum.

PUA were always intending to produce HPA, although now the focus has shifted and is now they're not planning to use kaolin initially (due to the extreme CAPEX requirements). AFAIK, they are planning to get the ball rolling and then investigating incorporating kaolin into Polar's process to reduce costs down the line.

That doesn't stop them from mining and selling unprocessed kaolin that others are doing, whilst producing HPA in Canada as the asset that we have in Ballarat is a monster (extends to the north and south of current drilling which was only stopped due to save costs).
