There is obviously a market for Kaolin of varying grades, however for premium and rare deposits, where 5N's can be achieved the door opens to premium pricing and application to green energy markets.
Whilst we await the imminent assay results for CR9, here is a comparison of other ASX listed Kaolin deposits, as I alluded to previously, it is often what is not said by BOD's about their deposits that matter most.
As stated in the CR9 prospectus, "XRF chemistry on Tampu at -45um fractions show it is one of the most chemically pure kaolin products in Australia with high aluminium and very low contaminant elements, particularly iron, titanium, potassium and sodium." Excited to see CR9's recent drilling to see if they confirm HPAA's drilling in September 2019...or could they be better?
I could have added other ASX listed Kaolin hopefuls who appear to be further advanced, however their lack of transparency on deposit grades prevented me from doing so....be warned!
