They are merely compliance reporting because they own a substantial part of Morgan Stanley, among others.
I suspect they are doing nothing.

they bought a heap of stock, lent it to Morgan Stanley who on lent it to First Sentier who shorted it aggressively. Then Morgan Stanley bought it back, paid across to First Sentier who donated the proceeds to Trump who is about to get oil drilling going again.
