Same here, colleague's partner been working on oil and gas projects and reckons that KAR and NXS are worth looking into.
Woodside, Chevron, Inpex, Shell, all these big guys are carrying exploration in more or less the same area as KAR and us Karooners would be very unfortunate to hit water, innit?
There are a number of reports worth a read on the Department of State Development website, formerly Department of Mining and Petroleum. One of them that caught my eyes a few months back now was the Browse Basin LNG social impact assessment ... looks like they are planning for at least 30 years of LNG and more than one operator extracting condensate/LNG from the area.
