It seems that KAR have made visits of [130] odd stockbrokers in Sth America, while feedback was great, the question on everyones lips was:
Why would we pay more for part of the company when we can just buy it on the ASX cheeper?
A reasonable question, and one that doesn't really have a good answer.
Perhapps KAR should consider a duel listing and raise Capital during that process?
I think KAR's advisors, whoever they gave very poor advice and I certainly hope they are not paid anything after this failure.
Lets hope these Sth American Brokers start coverig KAR and generate some more off-shore interest in this stock
