A good read, and mostly good sense. One fly in the ointment though.
COP is the majority holder/manager, so unless they 'split' the gas into 2 pipes and send it seperate ways ( costly, even if the agreement allws it ), nobody will try and buy KARs stake in order to supply their own processing facilities.
Doesn't mean it's not valuable, just limits it somewhat.
