PRE was forecasting close to 2B EBITDA at 70 bucks. Obviously at 50 bucks the economics are substantially reduced but claiming they are close to insolvent is a pretty harsh call.
Did anyone see Kohler on ABC last night? Great graph showing supply and demand in equilibrium. It is the futures market factoring in future excess supply. If that's been severely cut then one would anticipate oil price should actually mean revert this year, not stay as low as it is currently.
