The SPP 14/9/2017 was for AUD 2.035 per share plus NZD .55 option expiring 30/09/2022.
It was not fully supported (issued ~1mil) and some would say stalled the SP rise of the time.
The potential background SP rise could have lead to the existing NTLOA 28/22/17 AUD $0.022 options (118,530,578 remaining as at 30/10/2017) being converted instead.
