    All of the above, but still no excuse. Under ASX listing rules you still need to inform the market with price sensitive information (so can only assume that the deals are not been progressed as fast as hoped, and Divan TV first revenue yet to come in because as yet no formal commercial launch as based on past Anns it is the commercial launch when TV2 gets revenue).
