    are you aware that CDB could not syndicate that loan? No other bank was interested or wanted to be a part of it at the rates GBG is talking about.

    Will CDB wear it and go ahead as planned, or will they insist on stricter terms now, or will they seek a higher rate or... worse? I doubt they would refuse the loan but a strong possibilty the terms will change if CDB are bearing the whole risk.
