Hi all. From memory the mag process adds approx. $10-15/tonne to cost of production, but is offset by a premium of approx. $20/tonne. In the media they have been saying about GBG being so vulnerable as a high cost producer, (high $80s per tonne I think). However, there is no mention of their higher price premium paid for a superior product to DSO, which is the generally quoted IO price (in US$). Unfortunately there is so much speculation on here that is spruiked as fact with regards as to where GBG is headed. Truth is that no one knows. However, whether one chooses to hold or not, or to believe or not, is up to them.
