Still in with 4.0m shares and took up full entitlement for another 4.0m. Will sell new 4.0m ASAP and hoping to make 10-17 cents on each if price hold till next Wednesday

IIF sold some last week at 46.5 cents (only 300k) but these have dropped back to 36 cents (avg. price was 13.5) still hold 3.7m

GPT is steady, I still hold 2.5M shares and will keep long term

From being down over $3.0m on a margin loan I am now in positive territory $500K plus anticipated GMG profit on sale of 4.0m batch next week

Long term I will try and hold onto 2.0m of each IIF, GMG & GPT

My danger period I think is over, I am relieved, call me greedy but I think I have a once in a lifetime opportunity to make some serious money.

I originaly got in this situation when I lost around $700K on BNB and then started buying the REITS to make up the loss only to have the markets collapse , especially in March 09.

I am no expert I just had the guts and some financial help to stay in. Unless the market collapses again in the short term I think I will come out of this smiling.

However I have learnt my lesson with Margin Loans. I will stay in with small parcels and diversify, but only gear up to 30% not 75% like I was sucked in to do, then have them drop the LVR and ask for money
