I am still here, I am just in shock yesterday and today my portfilo dropped ober $900K
I am now worried that the LVR's which are now 50% for GMG & IIF and 60% for GPT will be dropped further perhaps to nil
If this happens I will be in the shit again
The forthcoming refinancing announcement from GMG will either make or break me.
DExus is doing an equity raisng at a 22% discount to last sp
I just hope GMG, GPT & IIF don't announcer another one.
Monday I was on cloud nine a few more cents in the SP and I was close to break even, now basicall back to square one.
